Job Title: Senior Project Planner

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Planner to join our team at Cyclife Aquila Nuclear. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the planning and monitoring of projects throughout all stages, working closely with the project team to develop efficient project methodologies and ensuring timely delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established standards.
  • Prepare detailed cost forecasts, including EAC calculations, risk assessments, and contingency planning.
  • Create and implement a Project Controls Plan that outlines best practices and procedures for estimating cost control, planning, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Analyse and interpret schedule variances, including critical path identification and forward loading techniques.
  • Provide accurate and timely Earned Value Management (EVM) data to track project progress, performance, and cost control.

Requirements:

  • Expert user of Primavera P6 software in regard to the project level and an overall understanding of the Enterprise database.
  • A detailed understanding of infrastructure projects, how they are designed, constructed, and commissioned.
  • Able to accurately define project schedules and plan with clarity.
  • Must be able to work under own initiative and as part of a team in the production of project and tender schedules.
