Job Title: Senior Information Technology Analyst

WeDoData is seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Technology Analyst to join our team in Kent. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day IT operations of our new secondary school, ensuring the smooth running of all technology systems.
  • Provide first- and second-line support to end-users, including staff and students, and ensure that tickets are resolved and closed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with our central IT team to support projects throughout the trust, where necessary.
  • Manage all aspects of the Microsoft 365 system, including the admin console.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in IT within a school or college environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong Microsoft experience, including Office 365 administration and Microsoft 365 console.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft cloud-based products, such as SharePoint and EntraID.
  • 1st and 2nd line support experience in a school environment or similar.
  • Network management knowledge, with CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent.
