About the Role

As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage appointments and maintain accurate records, ensuring timely and efficient communication with patients and healthcare professionals
* Provide administrative support to our healthcare team, including handling correspondence, managing phone calls, and responding to emails
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, adhering to strict data protection policies and procedures

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in a medical administration role or similar environment
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with patients and colleagues
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
* Proficient in EMIS Web and other relevant software systems
