Employee Relations and Diversity Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Employee Relations Manager to join our HR team. As a key member of our HR consultancy services, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality HR services to the business, including managing a team of ER specialists.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in discussions with Trade Unions and build relationships with local representatives.
- Advise and support managers on employee relations matters.
- Regularly review individual and team performance to identify and resolve issues.
- Be the expert and escalation point for employee relations within the HR function.
- Provide expert support to the Heads of HR and HR Operations Team.
- Anticipate legal updates and ensure they are interpreted for our business.
- Support and train colleagues to manage HR policy in the specialist area.
- Ensure HR-related documentation is handled and retained in compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Higher education in a Human Resources related area.
- Experience of trade union negotiation and consultation.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Expert coaching skills and ability to inspire trust and confidence.
- Analytical skills and thinking.
- Project management experience in a HR environment.
