Job Title: Senior Charter Building Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Charter Building Surveyor to join our team at Beach Baker. As a Senior Charter Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out building surveys, predominantly RICS Level 3 and some Level 2, and commercial surveys. You will also have experience in project management, contract administration, and onsite experience.

About the Role:
  • Carry out building surveys, predominantly RICS Level 3 and some Level 2, and commercial surveys.

  • Work with a range of clients, including private clients, rural estates, local authorities, charities, developers, and contractors.
