London Branch Liaison Officer

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining response policies, manuals, and FAQs for handling enquiries. They will also work on team infrastructure, including streamlining workflows and DX proposals. Additionally, they will support customers via multiple channels, including live chat and social media, as well as liaise with Japan HQ and internal departments.

Requirements:
- Holders of high business level English language skills (guideline: TOEIC 850 or above) and Japanese language skills (guideline: JLPT N2 or above)
- University degree or equivalent (overseas university or postgraduate degree preferred)
- High level of communication skills with the ability to handle customer service in English
Working Hours and Location:
9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday, located in London.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers a range of benefits, including flexible working hours and opportunities for professional growth.
