Job Title: Plumber and Multi-Trade Technician

At Daniel Owen Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Plumber and Multi-Trade Technician to join our dedicated repairs team. This role involves working across occupied residential properties in the Newbury, Thatcham, Oxford, Didcot, and Cheltenham areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a range of plumbing tasks, including fixing leaks, unblocking drains, repairing and replacing taps, showers, toilets, and pipes.
  • Utilize basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, and floor laying skills to restore properties to a liveable standard.
  • Manage daily tasks using job tickets or handheld devices, ensuring all work is logged accurately.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service, ensuring minimal disruption while working in tenants' homes.
  • Comply with health and safety policies and regulations.
  • Effectively manage your own day and workload, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • A strong background in plumbing is essential.
  • Experience in basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, and floor laying is required.
  • Self-management and time management skills are necessary to meet deadlines.
  • A full UK driving license is required for this role.
