Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Operative to join our team at Lidl in Deutschland. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stores receive the right stock when they need it.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock, including checking for damage and reporting any issues to your manager.
- Pack and prepare stock for dispatch to our stores, ensuring that it is securely stacked and labeled correctly.
- Work independently to complete tasks and meet deadlines, using your own initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy working environment by following all relevant health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to lift and move stock, as well as work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
