About the Role:
  • Install and configure AV systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance
  • Provide dedicated support services for AV equipment, addressing customer needs promptly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with the helpdesk team to resolve complex technical issues, leveraging expertise to drive resolutions
  • Document installation activities through comprehensive online reports, maintaining transparency and accountability
  • Comply with established health and safety protocols, prioritizing the well-being of employees and clients
  • Participate in regular team meetings to exchange knowledge, share best practices, and stay updated on industry developments
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Located in Exeter, with a focus on serving the Southwest region
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in AV, Networking, or IT engineering
  • A valid driver's license, essential for business travel
