The Role: Executive Assistant to Managing Director

We are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented individual to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director.

This role requires a high level of discretion, efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the MD is well-prepared for meetings by organising relevant documents, presentations, and briefings.
  • Screen and prioritise emails, calls, and correspondence, responding on behalf of the MD when appropriate.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings where necessary, taking minutes and following up on action items.
  • Facilitate communication between the MD and other departments, ensuring smooth information flow.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Manage expense reports, invoices, and budget-related tasks on behalf of the MD.
  • Arrange Travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodation, and visa applications.
  • Organise and coordinate company events, meetings, and offsite engagements as required.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role supporting senior executives.
  • Experience in managing confidential and sensitive information.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management tools.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high degree of professionalism and autonomy.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the Managing Directors changing schedule and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Approachable, personable, and capable of building positive relationships with colleagues at all levels.
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of approximately £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
