Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:- Individual Education Plans (IEPs): Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Differentiated Instruction: Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.
- Classroom Management: Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and success.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure holistic support for each student.
- Assessment and Reporting: Regularly assess students' progress and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in SEN education.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Must hold a recognised teaching qualification.
- SEN Experience: Proven experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEN legislation, safeguarding procedures, and inclusive education practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
