Job Role:

As a Brow and Beauty Expert for Benefit Cosmetics UK, you will provide exceptional service to customers, showcasing our best-selling products and transforming them into beautiful versions of themselves.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an exciting and unique service experience to all customers, maximizing sales opportunities through making connections, demonstrating products, and offering brow treatments and make-up lessons.
  • Meet individual sales goals by achieving sales targets, carrying out brow services, and booking repeat appointments.
  • Work effectively as a team member, supporting colleagues to ensure all counter and business needs are met.
  • Support in-store and external events, promotions, and charity initiatives, representing the Benefit brand.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, adhering to company standards.
Requirements:
