We are currently looking for a highly skilled Support Staff Member to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant in one of our schools.

As a valued member of our SEN Team, you will work closely with teachers to provide personalized support to students with Special Educational Needs. This will involve developing and implementing tailored interventions to meet the unique needs of each student, as well as collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of support services.

To excel in this role, you will need a deep understanding of SEND policies and procedures, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. A background in teaching or a related field would be beneficial, but not essential.

The salary for this position ranges from £26,000 to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, with additional benefits, including:
