About the Role

We are seeking a Fostering Advisor to join our Integrated Services Programme team. As a Fostering Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our foster carers and ensuring the best possible outcomes for children in our care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and guidance to foster carers on a range of issues, including child development and behaviour.
  • Work closely with other professionals, such as social workers and therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting foster children.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to support foster care.

Requirements

  • Experience of working with vulnerable children and families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £22,000 - £26,000 (dependent on experience).
  • A car allowance of £3,000 per year.
  • 30 days' annual leave (increasing to 35 days with length of service) + Bank Holidays.
