About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Voyage Care in Lytham St Annes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Encourage and support individuals to access their local communities, engage in social activities, and develop new life skills
- Work collaboratively with the support team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, promoting their independence and confidence
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00
- Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour
- Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour
