About the Role:

\

We are seeking an experienced Fire Risk Management Specialist to join our Fire team in Leeds. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting our Fire Risk Management business in the region, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues to optimise business development and project delivery activities.

\

The role involves conducting fire risk assessments, providing strategic guidance on fire management for multi-site portfolios and complex buildings, and collaborating with clients to develop and implement pragmatic design solutions to mitigate fire risks.

\

About You:

\

To be successful in this role, you will require experience as a consultant carrying out pre and post inspections with a minimum Level 4 Fire Qualification equivalent. A passion for fire risk management, with a focus on end-user experience and safety, is also essential.

\

You should have a strong understanding of relevant and current codes of practice, building regulations, health and safety legislation, standards, and materials. Additionally, you should have experience in delivering fire risk management consultancy services to a range of clients in various project sectors in the UK market.
