As a self-employed dentist, you'll enjoy the freedom to manage your own schedule and practice, while benefiting from the support of our experienced team and state-of-the-art facilities.
Our Practice Offers:- A modern, advanced, and spacious practice with access to digital x-ray and endo in all surgeries, as well as an OPG machine and the latest materials.
- An experienced and dedicated team of clinicians, supported by a practice manager, creating a supportive and efficient practice environment.
- A well-led practice with a long-standing, friendly, and highly experienced team, including 8 fully-qualified and experienced dental nurses and 3 trainee dental nurses.
- Access to therapists and hygienists, as well as excellent private potential due to our location in a short distance from an affluent area.
- Opportunity to deliver affordable private treatments under the new myoptions scheme.
- On-site parking and state-of-the-art air filtration, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Access to the mydentist Academy, offering discounted training and development opportunities for all clinicians.
- Partnerships with major providers for implants, aligners, and other products you may wish to access.
- Fantastic earnings potential from a private and NHS mix that's right for you, with an average 50/50 split between NHS and private by year two.
- 50% revenue split on all private work.
- Option to have an in-practice clinical mentor on hand to guide and support you for at least three days per week for your first six months.
- UDA allocation, allowing you to enjoy an NHS pension, as well as access to NHS long-term sick pay and NHS maternity/paternity/adoption pay.
- Choice of working hours and location to suit you when you join and into the future, with the opportunity to consider hours that will work around DCT placements.
- Access to the Clinical Development Advisor for your location, providing support to develop your career and grow your revenue.
- Part of the largest peer network in UK dentistry, with over 3,000 dentists, and the option to connect with other newly qualified dentists who join mydentist at the same time as you.
