Job Title: Assistant Headteacher

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our senior leadership team at Castleford Academy Trust. As Assistant Headteacher, you will play a key role in shaping the educational experience of our students and contributing to the growth and development of our trust.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be a dynamic and inspirational leader with a proven track record of success in senior or middle leadership positions. You will have a deep understanding of educational legislation, new innovations, and developments, and be able to motivate and inspire confidence in students to achieve their personal best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional leadership and management of areas of responsibility
  • Contribute to the development of whole school initiatives
  • Analyse and evaluate data to improve outcomes for pupils
  • Manage conflict and think creatively to solve problems
  • Lead by example, demonstrating emotional intelligence and a commitment to inclusion and diversity
