Your Responsibilities
As an Early Career Teacher, your main duties will include:
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
- Providing constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them achieve their goals.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and materials.
- Staying up-to-date with curriculum developments and educational research to inform your practice.
What We Offer
We offer a salary of £30,000-£43,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy access to a range of benefits, including a comprehensive induction program, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive school community.
