About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fill the position of Key Stage 2 Teaching Support Role at Teach Now. The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic team to provide high-quality support to students in Key Stage 2, helping to improve their educational outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a teaching assistant to work closely with teachers, providing targeted support to students and making a real difference in their lives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and SEN requirements, as well as previous experience working with children in a primary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support students with special educational needs, ensuring they are included in all classroom activities.
  2. Assist with planning and delivering interventions and booster sessions.
  3. Provide one-on-one and small group support to students requiring additional help.
  4. Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • A passion for supporting students and helping them achieve their best.
  • Previous experience working with children, ideally within a primary school setting.
  • Strong understanding of Key Stage 2 curriculum and SEN requirements.
