Job Title: Skilled Construction Worker

Combined Facilities Management Ltd is seeking a skilled construction worker to join our team in Northern Ireland. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality response maintenance and repairs, ensuring that our customers receive a first-class service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working on void and tenanted properties to provide a courteous and considerate service to clients and tenants
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of repair services
  • Performing tasks such as kerbing, flagging, fencing, block work, concreting, and demolition work
  • Operating plant equipment and ensuring areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day
  • Working under instruction to meet the needs of the client and observing the highest levels of health and safety
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years construction industry relevant experience
  • Evidence of delivering high levels of customer service
  • Valid CSR Card and full driving license
  • Desirable criteria: experience in the social housing sector, working at heights, erecting scaffolding, plant operation, and relevant tickets
