Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to join our team at Park Central West. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the profitable operation of our apartment community, ensuring excellent customer service and asset prevention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the profitable operation of our apartment community.
  • Buid a safe and welcoming community where residents feel valued and engaged.
  • Employ qualified associates to manage all positions at the community.
  • Conduct thorough move-in orientations and apartment inspections to ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Eneure compliance with community policies and lease agreements.
  • Refer liability claims, legal complaints, or violations to the Head of Build to Rent, International Operations immediately.
  • Monitor the community for compliance with Fair Housing, Fair Employment, and ADA laws.
  • Produce management reports as scheduled.
  • Preparation of budgets and management plans.
  • Maintain company databases on a daily basis.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven block management/residential property management experience.
  • Experience in business operations or knowledge of property management principles and relevant legislation.
