Field Service Technician

£40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Reading / Basingstoke / Camberley / Winchester / Andover / Southampton

We're seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to provide top-notch support for our products and equipment. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring optimal performance and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain equipment, ensuring it meets our high standards.

  • Respond promptly to emergency repair requests, providing effective solutions.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for maintenance contracts.

  • Develop leads for potential business growth, leveraging your technical expertise.

  • Opportunity for career advancement within our service organisation or other areas of our business.

Requirements:

  • Hold an HNC or equivalent in Engineering or Scientific discipline.

  • Hands-on experience in a laboratory or engineering environment preferred.

  • Proficient in computer skills, able to write detailed reports.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Resourceful problem-solver with practical technical abilities.

  • Self-motivated, independent worker with strong execution and organisational skills.
