About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join our team at Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in helping clients resolve issues related to finances, the family home, and arrangements for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Expert Advice on all aspects of Family and Matrimonial law, including Divorce, Separation, and Financial Arrangements.
  • Handle Complex Matters involving Businesses, Pensions, Farms, Family Trusts, Inheritance, and more.
  • Manage Child Arrangement Cases, including those involving domestic abuse or international relocation.
  • Advise on Cohabitation Agreements and Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements.
