Senior Groundworks Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Groundworks Estimator to join our team at Nicholas Associates Construction. Based in the West Midlands, we work on a wide range of groundworks and civil engineering projects.
Role Overview- This role is focused on estimating costs for major infrastructure projects including highways and commercial groundworks.
- Produce detailed estimates from project drawings and specifications.
- Prepare tender submissions and negotiate contracts with clients.
- You will have over 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of UK construction laws and regulations.
- A proven track record of delivering accurate estimates and winning new business.
The salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits including:

- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
