Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and skilled Medical Secretary to provide administrative support to our Renfrewshire Clinical Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Provide secretarial support to the Renfrewshire Clinical Team
- Manage correspondence, including letters, emails, and phone calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience as a medical secretary or in a similar role is highly desirable.
