About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to our service users, enabling them to lead fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and care to service users, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a consistent and high-quality service
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a care or support setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
  • Commitment to providing person-centred care and support
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive culture
