Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Transformation Project Manager to lead our SAP S/4 Hana finance transformation projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end projects, preferably based on the SAP S/4 Hana platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead finance transformation projects from a finance business perspective, working closely with IS counterparts to deliver business benefits to the company.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with service integration partners and manage teams across multiple time zones.
- Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with SAP project best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize resources and costs for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders, including business leaders and project sponsors.
Requirements:
- Professional certifications in project or programme management (such as MSP, PMP or PRINCE2).
- Experience of delivering multiple end-to-end projects, preferably based on the SAP S/4 Hana platform.
- Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Familiarity with SAP modules relevant to the organization's processes (OTC, RTR, P2P, TCM, Manufacturing and Logistics etc...).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and collaboration.
- Skills in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and best practices in SAP projects.
