Executive Chef Assistant

We are searching for a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our dynamic team in a busy food lead pub. As a key member of the Management Team, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day running of the food operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
• Prepare high-quality food to order and maintain the highest culinary standards.
• Manage stock and ordering, ensuring that the kitchen is always well-stocked.
• Lead by example, maintaining a 5-star level of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hygiene regulations at all times.
