About Us

We are a thriving private dental practice with state-of-the-art facilities, including digital x-rays, CBCT scanning, and Cerec technology. Our practices are fully computerized, and we take pride in maintaining a supportive and friendly team environment. Due to further expansion, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Qualified Dental Nurse or someone looking to start dental nursing to join our dedicated team.

Role Overview

As a Qualified Dental Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting our dental team across two locations—Worle Dental and Implant Centre and Yatton Dental and Implant Centre. Your responsibilities will include assisting with a range of dental procedures, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and providing excellent patient care. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is keen to advance their career with access to additional training and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist dentists during various procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Prepare and maintain the clinical environment, including sterilization of instruments and equipment.
  • Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Take and develop digital x-rays as required.
  • Support the practice with administrative duties when necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations and protocols.
What We're Looking For
  • GDC registered with relevant dental nursing qualifications.
Experience
  • Proven experience in a dental practice, with a solid understanding of dental procedures and protocols.
Technical Proficiency
  • Familiarity with digital x-rays, CBCT scans, and Cerec technology is advantageous.
Professional Development
  • Eagerness to undertake further training in areas such as x-rays, dental implants, and orthodontics.
Communication Skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient care.
Flexibility
  • Ability to work across two practices; a valid driver's license is advantageous.
Compliance
  • Up-to-date CPD training, DBS check, and Indemnity (all covered by the practice).
