Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Starbucks team as a Barista. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, prepare beverages, and create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.


Responsibilities

  • Contribute to store sales and profits by actively promoting products and advising customers on options while providing fast and efficient service.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer service experience by anticipating customers' needs and providing a high level of service.
  • Prepare a variety of products according to specifications and maintain expertise in all offerings.
  • Ensure food is displayed appropriately, maintain temperature records, and comply with food safety and health policies.
  • Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and follow reporting procedures for equipment issues and supply shortages.
  • Maintain a vibrant, clean store atmosphere and be friendly, happy, and approachable.
  • Support colleagues by covering busy periods and assisting during absences.
