We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Community Tree Planting Projects Senior Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in delivering our multi-partner program, which aims to establish 3 million trees across England over the next five years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Major Planting Projects in delivering the program, working closely with local authorities, community groups, and volunteer Tree Council Tree Wardens.
  • Build strong relationships with grant recipients to ensure successful project delivery, including aftercare and monitoring plans, and detailed budget recording and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years' experience in managing tree planting programs, with a deep understanding of tree works, establishment, and care.
  • Arboricultural qualification or degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
