About the Role

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Cardiff. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals, including assistance with daily living skills, medication administration, and mobility assistance.
  • Accompany individuals to favored activities and support them in engaging in daily life.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Hold a full UK or EU or Designated Country Driving Licence.
  • Be proactive, caring, and empathetic, with excellent communication skills.
  • Be able to work flexibly, including early shifts, late shifts, and sleep night shifts.
  • Have a genuine interest in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and physical disabilities.
