Senior DBT Therapist

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior DBT Therapist to provide leadership to a growing DBT service at our hospital. The successful candidate will own the organisation and development of the service, ensuring a seamless journey for patients from referral to discharge.
Main Responsibilities:
- Organise the programme schedule to ensure the smooth running of groups and allocate 1:1 Therapists to the patient cohort.
- Oversee new referrals and ensure timely assessment and pre-commitment meetings.
- Hold a clinical caseload comprising DBT Skills Groups and 1:1 therapy sessions.
- Contribute to service development and improvement initiatives.
- Represent Priory Roehampton at the DBT Network.
Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will have completed intensive DBT training and demonstrate experience in delivering skills groups and 1:1 therapy.
Requirements:
- Professional registration and/or membership relevant to the post.
- Intensive DBT training.
- Evidence of promoting/supporting active user/carer involvement/participation.
- Evidence of working as part of a DBT Service.
