Job Title: Sector Portfolio Lead

About the Role:
As a Sector Portfolio Lead at TPXimpact, you will play a pivotal role in helping Digital Experience Division achieve its commercial, client, and strategic success. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and deliver the operational and delivery excellence of a specific sector (Charity and Fundraising) within DX.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management of a set of accounts with proven ability to act as a point of escalation and support for project issues or challenges.
  • Solid experience of managing the core delivery elements of project scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Knowledge of working with or in organisations which fall under the Charity & Fundraising sector/areas.
  • The ability to develop a deep understanding of key client organisations and identify opportunities to improve the experience for clients' customers and supporters.
  • Working with our Growth team on all new business activity, including writing proposal documentation and representing at pitches.
  • Establishing governance models and/or working within good examples; supporting project ways of working.
  • Line Management of Delivery Managers (2).
  • Coaching of project teams across different capabilities.
  • Mentor and inspire other Delivery Managers to help them develop their skills.
  • Strong Agile experience.
  • Previous experience of working in a fast-paced Digital Agency environment.
