Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes using fresh, local ingredients. You will work closely with our head chef and other team members to ensure that every dish is prepared to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh, local ingredients
  • Work closely with the head chef and other team members to ensure high-quality dishes
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Be a team player and contribute to a positive and supportive kitchen culture
Requirements
  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
  • Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Eligibility to work full-time in the UK
