Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Integrative Psychotherapist and/or CBT Therapist to join our team at Priory Hospital Woking. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide individual and group therapy to adults, utilizing your expertise in evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality individual and group therapy sessions to adults, utilizing your expertise in integrative psychotherapy and CBT.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans, ensuring patient-centered care.
  • Participate in clinical supervision and peer review to maintain high standards of practice.

Requirements

  • Accreditation with a recognized professional body (UKCP/BACP/BABCP/HCPC).
  • Experience working in acute mental health or substantial experience in a related field.
  • Specific training and experience in providing both group and individual therapy.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Additional trauma training and clinical experience.
  • Training in Mindfulness.
  • Training and clinical experience in provision of couples therapy.
  • EMDR training and experience.
