About the Position

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Laboratory Technician to join our team at Supply Teach Group Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our partner schools' science departments by setting up equipment, preparing materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that labs are ready and well-equipped for student learning, including conducting regular checks to guarantee the safety and effectiveness of experiments. You will work closely with teachers and other staff members to understand their needs and provide the necessary support to deliver engaging and safe practical lessons.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of health and safety protocols, particularly regarding chemical handling. A degree in Chemistry (essential) and experience in a laboratory or school science environment (preferred) are also required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
