Marketing Director

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to join our team at VMA Group, a leading international recruitment and executive search specialist. As a key member of our marketing function, you will be responsible for developing and executing long-term marketing plans that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and regional sales and retention strategies.
• Lead a team of marketing professionals, coaching and developing their expertise in CRM and digital marketing tools.
• Contribute to the tactical execution of marketing plans, ensuring a strong ROI from all marketing activities.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Customer Experience to drive sales and customer retention in key areas.
• Develop and deliver marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a strong understanding of customer insight and campaign planning.
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading a team of marketing professionals.
