We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales and Support Specialist to join our team at First Call Contract Services. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional sales and after-sales support to our clients across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Provide sales and after-sales support to clients, both internally and externally, to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Assist with administration and customer service duties, including quotations, order forms, stock and order traceability, invoice control, and marketing materials.
- Ensure sales order processing, stock control, and stock ordering are maintained to meet business needs.
- Support the warehouse team in identifying, order picking, packing, kitting, and commissioning of all units.
- Liaise with various departments within the company to provide administration support and sound advice.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a Sales Administration or Sales Support background within the automotive sector.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
We offer a competitive salary up to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent company benefits, including a bonus scheme.
