Senior Pricing Analyst - Mid-Corp Transformation

Location: Guildford/hybrid (one day per week, preferably a Wednesday)

Salary: Dependent on experience + bonus + benefits

Hours: Full-time or can consider a minimum of 4 days per week

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pricing Analyst to join our Mid-Corp Transformation team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering transformational changes to enhance our pricing capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of pricing structures and strategies to achieve growth and profitability objectives
  • Implement pricing models in a timely and precise manner
  • Lead the migration of pricing models onto the Radar Live platform
  • Share and promote knowledge, skills, and best working practices within the team
  • Manage internal and external Allianz stakeholders
  • Contribute to project planning and attend Agile Ceremonies

About You

You will have a strong background in general insurance street pricing, with experience of using Radar pricing software or similar. You will also have strong data and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
