About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team at Total Care Services Ltd, a leading provider of care and nursing services in South Wales. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our clients in care homes across the region.

About You:

• You will have a strong background in catering and hospitality, with a minimum of an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery.
• You will hold a valid Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and have a good understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.
• You will be passionate about food and committed to providing excellent customer service.
