Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Randstad UK Holding. As an Assistant Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our traditional build schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Site Manager in the day-to-day management of the construction site
  • Ensure that all sub-contractors and trades staff are working in line with the programme and targets
  • Organise all trades and labour, including sub-contractors
  • Ensure that the development is completed in accordance with specification and the build programme
  • Drive through quality at every stage of the construction process
  • Ensure that health and safety is followed and adhered to
  • Take responsibility for self-development and the development of others
  • Ensure that any remedial work is completed prior to occupation

Requirements:

  • Assistant Site Management experience on traditional build housing schemes
  • Experience of working with HA, would be an advantage
  • Trade background, whilst being a supervisor would be an advantage
  • CSCS
  • First Aid
