Full-Time and Permanent: 40 hours Mon-Fri, 1 in 3 Saturdays (Saturday is a half day and paid as overtime)

You will collaborate with a knowledgeable franchise Service Leader and enjoy the benefits of manufacturer training, a positive work environment, and a steady flow of tasks to keep you engaged.

As a proficient service technician, you will possess the skills and expertise necessary to diagnose system malfunctions, rectify issues (including component replacements), and restore vehicle systems to meet manufacturer specifications.

We invite applications from seasoned service technicians trained to diagnostic or master technician levels within a franchised dealership context.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your technical expertise to perform repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles, encompassing both minor and major mechanical tasks.
  • Execute significant electrical and engine repair work.
  • Engage with customers to discuss vehicle conditions and necessary repairs when required.
  • Conduct road tests of customer vehicles post-service.
  • Employ advanced diagnostic tools to identify faults pertinent to the franchise brand.
  • Complete Vehicle Health Checks (VHC) ensuring video completion meets targets and exceeds all Vehicle Health Check KPIs.

Qualifications:
  • Technical proficiency to confidently and safely conduct repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles.
  • Demonstrated capability and confidence in utilizing systems and equipment within the workshop.
  • Experience in a franchise dealership adhering to the highest quality standards.
  • Ability to work towards productivity targets.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team to achieve optimal results for customers.
  • Qualified by experience in post or Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
  • Mentor and coach apprentices while supporting less experienced team members.
