Job Overview

Hunter Shore Group, a leading provider of facility management and service operations, is seeking an ambitious individual to join their team as Global Indirect Category Manager.

This role offers the opportunity to shape and drive procurement strategies within a multinational organization that values innovation and professional growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the procurement strategy for contingent workforce and staffing solutions (80%) while also managing financial services procurement activities (20%).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a European strategy for contingent labour, workforce solutions, and staffing.
  • Establish and optimize MSP programs and outsourcing recruitment needs to ensure effective supplier management.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR and regional procurement, to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Build strategic supplier relationships and drive supplier performance to deliver cost efficiency, innovation, and service excellence.
  • Manage procurement processes for financial services, including corporate cards, payment processing, and audit services.
  • Tackle data and technology gaps to enable strategic, data-driven procurement decisions.
  • Lead negotiations, contract management, and compliance across Europe.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of procurement experience, with a foundation in contingent labour, workforce solutions, and staffing categories. They will possess strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, particularly in complex, multicultural, and matrixed environments.

Location: London/Stevenage (preferred) or Paris, with up to 4 days of remote working per week.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
