Customer Service and Registration Coordinator

We are seeking a Customer Service and Registration Coordinator to join our team at Travail Employment Group. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality registration and certification support, providing accurate financial data, and supporting exam marking, invoicing, and purchasing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through telephone and email support
- Ensure accurate and timely financial data entry, including processing payments and managing budgets
- Support the administration of exams, including marking and processing results
- Raise invoices and purchase orders as required, maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with training centres to resolve queries and provide guidance, promoting positive working relationships
- Deal with ad hoc queries and concerns from customers, responding promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks
- A warm and friendly telephone manner, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in an administrative or customer-facing role, preferably within a regulated industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, with a focus on quality and excellence
