NHS Healthcare Provider Seeks Experienced Leader

We are looking for a talented and experienced Clinical Contracts Expert to join our team at our NHS trust. As a key member of our commercial contract management function, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and improving patient outcomes.

Your main duties will include leading clinical departments, supporting trust stakeholders, and providing expert commercial contract management of up to £100m+ of Gold, Silver, and selected Bronze clinical contracts. You will also guide and support staff on drafting legal documents and implementing contract changes, and lead complex negotiations with senior stakeholders and clinicians.

Key Requirements

  • Four years' experience in commissioning or contract management environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in contract law and negotiation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £90,000 - £130,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including continuing professional development opportunities and the chance to work with a world-class healthcare provider.
