About the Job

This Mental Health Practitioner position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive team at Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist addiction treatment, including psychosocial and pharmacological interventions, harm reduction, and risk management to service users with co-existing mental health and/or pregnancy needs.

Job Description
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to service users
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to meet individual needs
