D R Newitt & Associates is seeking a Quality Manager to lead our quality management system and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a small team and be proficient in ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and BRC standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring QMS performance, working with managers and staff to ensure compliance, and leading the food safety team. The successful candidate will also oversee supplier management, manage customer quality issues, and conduct internal audits. If you have a background in quality or compliance within food science or manufacturing, we encourage you to apply. A degree in Food Science or a related field is preferred, and Level 3 in HACCP, Food Safety & Hygiene is required. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
