CNC Turner Setter/Operator - About the Role:We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner Setter/Operator to join our growing team in Draycott, Derbyshire. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up and running machining centres to produce high-quality parts to specification.We require someone who is capable of interpreting technical drawings to produce parts to drawing specifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for checking your own work using various measuring equipment.
The role involves working within a fast-paced workshop environment, setting Haas lathes and producing high-quality parts with a right-first-time attitude. Other key responsibilities include:
- Interpreting technical drawings to produce parts to drawing specifications.
- Running multiple machines when on running jobs.
- Able and willing to look at processes to improve productivity where possible to accelerate output within the company.
